rockville pike EXTENDED and back lol, I played some basketball after my easy run yesterday and got kneed in the calf, bothered me a tad on the run today....also I have been looking through the running logs and it seems as though everyone that is logging is going sub-7 pace for their runs. I do not think I am going as fast, but I want to start timing my runs to get an idea of what pace I am going at, this run wasn't bad drizzle of rain on and off the whole way.........saw high schoolers added on their run in the range of 12 to 13.
