new pool plus some rehab/lifting

Went back to the pool today to xtrain. It started raining really hard, harder than I have seen in a while, on my way over from KHS. My clothes got completely soaked. Anyways it didnt matter because I was gonna go swimming! Did the same as last week 10 swim, 10 kick, 10 swim, 10 kick, then 5 minutes underwater. I felt good, the underwater was good too, made it almost all the way across. The pool was much less crowded than usual too!

Got out & changed and went down to do rehab stuff. Same as last week, but did 3 reps instead of 2. Its good for the hammies. Alyssa and Abby were down there again. They left to go run so I stretched and did L7. Rolled when I got back home. Didnt do abs at veale, but did buddies when I got home after getting a little pep talk. Also on my bike home, the fire hydrant on Ambleside was open and gushing a torrent of water. If it was super hot out (and I wasnt already drenched) I would have gone out and played in it.
