Comments:
1st part =42 mile tempo ride. 30min warm-up then 5 min @ 100 cadence and 23+ mph round Mercer with 5 min rest at low gear maintain 90ish cadence. x 5 1 hour cool down.
lunch break and leg soak. 30 minute nap.. does this still count as the same work out.
10 minute re-warm-up. 45min steady state session. massive cooldown on the way home... TIRED.
