run at Matthew Henson Trail, wasn't sure how far I would go, but I just felt better and better. And ran the whole trail.

I felt good the whole way there, nothing really big happened... Got mean mugged at the basketball courts where I got water.

legs felt pretty bad the last 1.3 miles...
