Today, I felt much better than yesterday. The key is to eat a good dinner the night before and a good breakfast about an hour before you run. I was able to keep a solid medium to hot pace for about 51 minutes. I think I might have been below 8:00/mile for part of it, maybe for even 20 minutes! Anyway, after 51:00, I became really tired and I slowed down to a mild pace.
