Comments:
Fitting in mileage on this beautiful afternoon with Corey and Thea. They were going further, so I just went out to Lee and back on SP then NP. Felt great. Slow out but picked it up on the way back. Really this was just nice to go out and fit in those last miles.
Got back and chilled on the front lawn for a while. Did 3 striders on Bellfield. Stretched, L7, planks, then hips. Rolled back upstairs.
I was thinking on this run how at this time last year I couldnt run. Its been a journey, and I am happy to see I made it out. That was the hard part. I am excited for next season.
