Farm to Gates Mills

Comments:
Ran from the farm, same route as last night except I added 4 miles on Chagrin River road to Gates Mills village and back. It wasn't as warm as I thought it would be, my legs were feeling the lack of food + sleep, and yesterdays double though. Going back up Cedar was a quest. Nice change of scenery. I'll be doing some more later to get the 16 for the day.

Coach said I could split my long days if I needed too....since I couldn't eat this morning, and was real tired, I thought I would take the split up option.
