Comments:
This was one of the better runs I've had in a while. I did, however, end up with about a minute positive split. My legs were tight, but not nearly as bad as usual. Maybe the worst thing about this was I think I was breathing harder than I'd like. However, I actually did manage to get in a run without mentally giving up, tightening up, or falling on ice, so it was a good day.
