knee was feeling pretty awful last night and this morning. ran today mainly just to get it loosened up and the I really stretched and foam rolled for a long time and it's feeling quite a bit better. Hopefully I'll get in something a bit longer tomorrow. As it is, this was a solid week to start on. I'll start swimming next week on doubles if I can...swim camps are one right now so I'll have to see when I can get in. Otherwise it may just be biking.
