I contemplated running with just a t shirt but I tried a stride and it was still too cold. I accidentally wore spandex and my legs were really hot the entire workout. The trigger point hurts but felt fine once I got going. However, it felt horrible once I stopped. Going into the workout, my left quad was really sore as well. Splits were: 2:40, 2:37, 2:36, 2:34, 2:35, 2:34, 2:33, 2:32, 2:30, 2:30, 2:31, 2:29, 75. This is by far the easiest five minutes pace has felt EVER. It took about a mile for my to get used to the pace but once I got rolling I felt really smooth.
