Comments:
200 workout. ran with maccoll. 2 x 6 x 200, then 1 x 3 x 200. so 15 in total. ran between 31 and 34.5 on all of them. It was outside on a 200m straight away that is measured so it was accurate. one way is slightly downhill and the other a little uphill so it made it a little more difficult. it was mid/ upper 20's so recovery was harder. but still did 30 sec rest.
it was good to finally get this workout in. at first my legs felt good because i did a long warmup but it felt like i couldn't go fast. then as i got more tired it felt as though my body was learning how to go fast again. at the end my leg calfs and lower quads were about to start spasming, so i think the workout had the desired effect.
