Weather: 70 or so. Muggy as hell.
Comments:
Didn't keep a close eye on time, but it was around a half hour. Need a new battery for my running watch. Should probably find that watch while I'm at it. Jogged the entire 3 miles. Quads are super sore. What have I gotten myself into?
