Aaaand we're back. Beautiful weather, they said to do soft surface for at least hte first run back, so I went to Georgetown track. I wasnt expecting the cross training to make a difference, but it kind of did with pace (even though its nothing too significant, and it didnt feel conciously "fast"). Mile split at 9:04. Then lost track of laps/pace counting, but I definitely didnt slow down, oh well. Definitely felt like a first run back. Foot feels wonderful, dont feel anything at all. Yaaaaaay!
