Comments:
Got up at 6 and ran the BW-CT loop. Real foggy, and I enjoyed running first things in the morning. It is always relaxing in a unique sort of way. I felt good, other than having some tired legs from lots of miles over the weekend. 5 striders, stretching, rolling.
