My legs were sore and tight from yesterday. I attempted to constantly negative split but failed and just ran erratically (6:55, 6:38, 6:47, 6:30, 7:00). I was planning on doing some elliptical training today also, but my legs told me otherwise. If I am going to cross train and run at this kind of pace, I'm going to have to be more careful that I don't pull something.
