Comments:
Did more of interval type things tonight, most of them ranged from 0:45-1:20 in length, did a mix of consistent laps and some all out "sprinting". PLus did kicks in between the actual swimming to work my muscles too, can really feel it in my upper body more than anything. Did a little cooldown of just floating on my back and kick lightly up and back a couple times, pretty sore right now, might go out and do a little sesh now too. (logging this the 23rd but did it the 22nd)
