The weather is, to put it scientifically, fucked up. It was in the 50s today, most of our snow, which two weeks ago amounted to more than two feet, is gone, and I'm not happy about it at all.
Run was good, my legs felt like they were going to fall off but in a good way.
I may need to not do any sub 600m interval workouts for a while as I just don't think my legs could take that right now. I also really don't think I could run respectably, but hey I guess if you don't run for 2 and a half months that's what you get.
