4. 9/10...I felt really good... I even got down to 6:40 pace for a little bit! I only felt a little bit of pain in my ankle, but it is still really swollen and bruised and it hurts to move it and touch it

7. ok so yesterday, I did not stretch or do anything except ice my ankle, but today I promise I will stretch, smr, core, and RICE my ankle!
