1. 60 min mild run
2. I felt like I was going faster than my normal mild pace
3. roads
4. 7/10...a little tired / sore from yesterday and from work and such

6. my ankle doesn't hurt to run, just a little when I am walking and when I touch it
7. str, smr, foot drills, transverse abs, pelvic tilts, RICE ankle
