Comments:
WORST RUN EVER. I had such bad side stitches. I kept making Mike W stop so I could do all kinds of stretches that didn't help. Eventually I realized that if I just flex my abs hard and breath funny I could contain the pain and get back in 8 minute miles. IT was terrible. Fuck abs.
