Tried to do my own track work out around the complex.
2 mile warm up
3 x 3/10 mile fast with 2(3/10's easy between)
1 mile cool down
Real hard to get myself going without someone to pace and push me. Missing Tom, Kristen, Heatherly, Marylou and Pete.
