Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Nice! Warm 55 or so and windy.
Comments:
A little bit dificult. Muscles in my lower legs are feeling it. But two miles seems to be doable. Really had to dig a bit to keep going after first mile. But it got a little easier after that. I'll try to keep going at two miles a day and work up from there.
