Comments:
Got there a bit earlier today to do a longer warmup, definitely felt better. Back way to Sidwell with Charlotte and 2 other girls, one of them was new so we kept looping back for her. Turned around when there was thunder and Charlotte and I went ahead. Felt fine, want to go longer but will cap it at 30 at the most this week. A few crunches there and a few more at home. Feeling good!
