well this was an easy run for the first 6 and a quarter miles...we were 43:30 to that point, and then the last 4 were in 25:00...the last 4 were downhill on roads and one of the miles was 5:29 and we were holding a conversation...i felt great. whenever i run with the haven guys this happens.
