Big Pool & weight room

There was a loud noise coming from the pool as I walked out of the locker room. One of the camps on campus were still in the pool, and they were being really rowdy. Those kids were crazy, running and jumping into the pool, beating the crap out of each other with noodles. Blaire was life guarding, and she looked so nervous. She should have gotten a bonus.

Anyways all those kids probably didnt know how to swim so they were in the shallow end, and the lanes were still open. I jumped in and did 5 kick, 10 swim x 3. Felt good. Couldnt do underwater breathing because the shallow end was occupied. Thought about nationals the whole time.

Gout out of the pool, changed, went downstairs to do some strength lifting. Expected to see Abby and Alyssa, since I ditched them last week. The weight room was relatively empty... so I lifted alone. Did abductor, adductor and leg press 12 reps, 3 sets. Then some calf raises. Then hammies on the exercise ball. Havnt done those in a while...

Stretch, L7 and abs downstairs also. Roll at home
