Comments:
swam around 1400y today. got in 2x3x100 on 2:00 with a 100 kick between sets of 3. felt good, swimming high 90's/low 100's for the 100's which isn't great but i don't flip and I have no anaerobic threshold work so far so I don't expect to be great at working on ~20s rest right now anyway (ex. second set was 95, 99, 103). good A2 or A3 type workout, though. planning on 6 or 7 this evening.
