Weather: indoors but kinda cold

Comments:
8 x 600m repeats @ right around mile pace maybe a little slower, good solid workout, pretty much even split all of them and ran very consistently always hitting 34-35 for the first 200, right around 69 for the 400, and aiming for 1:43 for 600, hit 1:43, 1:43, 1:43, 1:43, 1:44, 1:45, 1:43, 1:43, felt really strong and kept the pace honest on the last few intervals, blistered like mad though wearing my spikes, also did 4 x 200m @ 800m pace about 15 min after the first workout and hit 31, 29, 29, 28 high, near full sprint on the last 3 and feet were burning, pretty solid day overall
