Comments:
I was tight before I ran so I started out intending to keep it slow today, but that soon was disregarded and I flew most of the run (6:14 pace). However, it must be noted that I had to stop at an inordinate number of lights, so I got some rest in the middle of this run. This week has been much better so far than the last, oh two months of running, but I still have a ways to go.
