Went further today. Felt much better. I am ready to be back outside. Was a little worried about my stamina and didn't want to get stuck outside not able to finish. So I did one more inside run. It is the new year and so begins 4 solid months of good training. Will be changing eating habits along with adding weight training and more stretching. Woo Haa I got you all in check.
