Comments:
Coach Rowe and myself, started with the athletes then went straight up frederica to the river and then headed back once they passed the 5 mile point. we went down hill at the 8 mile point then to mayfair and then headed back to the finish, we covered 8 miles or so ourselves. ran home with debs after the race for a couple more miles. nice race to watch.
