Comments:
Ran 1st 5k of this xc season, just easy summer race. Not in a bad shape for just doing it after base training. 17:17, 5:15, then 10:50, then 17:17. The course started flat/downhill then got hilly as it went through ,except the last 200m. so not bad for a hilly course. hopefully sub 17 at Crystal city 5k. Met some ethiopians too!
