Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I learned a couple things from this run.
1. Running for over and hour and a half around noon is a bad decision
2. Adding in the fact that the sum total of calories/hydration ammounted to a single glass of OJ made it even worse.
I guess I can't complain. This was a real slog pretty much from 5 miles on. But it this is what a slog feels like and I'm still running this pace. I'll take it.
