Comments:
Felt great! Ran 5:19 and 5:16 for the two 1600s and then 2:27 and 2:23 for the 800s. Took 1 minute recovery between intervals. I felt relaxed for the miles and pushed it a little more in the 800s. Didn't feel too tired though and my legs felt surprisingly good after the workout. Cough only bothered me a little inbetween intervals.
