Comments:
good run. got in some pickups in the middle and was really moving on them. got in around 6k in 24 minutes (6:25ish pace) doing 2:30 on 2:30 off for the part that was on the course. did 7 total but the first two were very rough estimates in time, just kinda running faster for 2 or 3 minutes and then off for a minute or minute and a half. awesome workout, though really felt good to get moving out on the fields. getting in a good impromptu workout is always nice.
