Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Large group of people. Chris and I left from the house to go down to tippit to meet up with Tim, Grogan, Mitchell, and Bill from UChicago. Nice pack kept a nice pace. Grogan wanted to us to see the movie set in coventry, so we wound up there, then head over to NP and did a second lake. I felt good on this run legs were nice. Rolled my ankle again right after the water stop. I think it is very weak, so a slight terrain change will snap it. It was feeling really good up until there. Now it is swollen again, and it hurt when I rolled it. Not too sore now just puffy. I am afraid rolling it more will get some damage or something... Ill keep going flat, then rest it Thurs. All I am looking for is swelling to go down. It feels fine running, its just weak and instable. A real bummer. I love the trails so much, but I need to be real careful.
got back, stretched and L7 on front lawn. Back upstairs for rolling, planks, and then some rope hamstring. Run early tomorrow, then keep ice and advil...
