Comments:
With Ishan in CJ, felt tired from yesterday. We went in random directions, no specific route. My legs got heavy going up hills and my hamstrings and calves were pretty sore. So basically the last two days took a lot out of me. I dressed a little too warm so I was sweating a lot which was uncomfortable. Mileage went down a little this week, my legs are tired and winter break has been tough on them, hopefully they'll be a lot stronger next week.
