Comments:
I let myself relax the pace a little more, but my legs were still pretty tired. I think the only reason I could run 6:14 pace yesterday was because of stop lights and I am still in pretty bad shape. I ran what I consider to be a crappy time for Milan River, but I really wasn't trying to push it. The weather was beautiful again!
