Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This was a nice run. I wanted it to be an easy run started off 5.0mph. Every .25 miles I increased .1mph up to 6.1 (which was just passed the half way mark) then worked my way back down .1mph every 1/4 mile. I would like to do this run more ofter but eventually run farther in the same amount of time.
