200s on track

Weather: cold and windy

Comments:
i did a long warm up than did 200's on the track. was going to do 18-20. I did 1 set of 7 between 32-34. then 1 set of 5 and then had to stop because my lungs hurt badly from the cold temp. it was cold to begin with and then after the wind picked up it was actually painful. didn't get the full workout but got something, will do another workout on monday. also a tendon on the side of my foot had been hurting ever since monday when i ran a workout at sugarloaf
