Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did an "errand run", to my apt, then to the bank and back to work. My R ankle as been bothering me (anterior); I did some stretch + MWM; that helped. It was pretty sore but not terrible. Late in the run I realize I was "stiff-limb running" - keeping the ankle DF'd...it helped to relax it.
