Comments:
Was aiming to go more like 40 today, because I havent gone above 35 yet....ehhh didnt happen. Went backway, foot didnt hurt but just a bit of cramping/tightness then went on a trail for like 100 meters and turned into a full on cramp (a biiiiit pathetic, I know) so figured I should go shorter/slower than I had planned. Went back Wisconsin and added a lap and ahalf on the track. Much better after long stretch/tennisball and hopefully will sleep better tonight. Tomorrow off!
