Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1st training run for the Seattle Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon. Not entirely sure on the miles, but pretty sure it was right around 3. Also not sure on time. We walked quite a bit at toward the end. But I made one more lap around to run up the hill.
