pretty dehydrated today, but not feeling horrible other than that. went up the hil for one minute with jbr 16 times. estimating on up and down would be about 650 meters. Im not going to log each one, but I'll put in overall time for the repeats and jbrs together. 650x16=10400, so I am going to go with that
