Exercise Type: Swim

keep getting the cardio, this swimming thing is hard I am getting a good workout everyday at least....i am guessing right now i am definetly not physically where I need to be after missing 2 weeks of running, I know that if the MRI is good and I can get 3 weeks of training in before camp i will be ready, not in amazing shape, but ready, right now i am more concerned about my mental shape, this whole summer i kept saying to myself that i would get through anything, to toughen up, to fight through pain, ect. and now the doctor has told me to do the exact opposite.. when i think about not being able to run and not being ready for the season my entire body tenses up and i really just want to hit something and scream, i am incredibly frustrated right now there is no getting around it, MRI tomorrow though and doctors appointment on Monday, CAN'T WAIT
