Bummer, but goals for next week

Comments:
Miserable week so far as progress in running and meeting running goals. Next week will be better. Pool running (at least 40 minutes daily average) and 35 miles of real running are in the plans.
Knee was sore in the morning, not by evening. Will see how tomorrow's run goes.
