First Run Back

Really nervous about the run on two reasons. One, my legs were most likwly gonna feel like shit and two, my lung would collapse while runnign again, nfbd. Anyways took my ipod cause i knew i was gonna need some sort of distraction for this first week or so. Actually felt okay, legs were jello ish but only to the pint of being annoying not really hindering my running. Picked it up a bit on th eway back and then started feeling it in my lungs too. Not gonna think about how I would be in mny 1st week of doing 60mpw right now had no injuries plagued me, still can do my intended plan for the summer, just gonna have to move it up a bit. Base training all august and september then maybe get some races in. We'll see how shit goes. SO HAPPY TO EB BACK TO RUNNING.
