was supposed to be 5 X 2k/2' but the wind was too high to go to the track.

I was not smart in this wo and went out too hard. Have to be smarter next Sunday But I recovered fairly quickly when it was over; that's a good sign. i should have did these at a more resonable pace and did 5 intervals.
