Comments:
skied for 3.5 hours in a foot of new snow. i also ripped the mogul lines on skidder 3 or 4 times which really killed my quads and tired me out completely. im not as young as i used to be when i would do that 15 times a day. later i went for 2.5 miles to loosen myself up and then did some jump rope, medicine ball work, and stretches. also hip strengthening exercises.
