well I wanted to get up to bike this morning, I woke up like 3 times during the night due to bad dreams though, this problem needs to stop now....I had terrible sleep so I decided to sleep the extra hour and a half to catch up instead of biking, hopefully i will not have this problem tommorow, anyways swim, talked with barnes about workouts and running and whatnot, keeping my head high, gotta keep working
