Hotter than blue blazes outside, I ran on the mill in the cool basement. Actually didn't have much choice, Emmett was napping. Right upper calf feels mucho better after 2 solid days of ice, massage, Tissue Rejuv and Topricin. Still working the left hip flexor out, it still pulls during the run but feels fine after. Aiming for an increase this week to 32-34
